À la fin de ce cours, vous saurez :
- Caractériser une démarche alimentaire territoriale
- Accompagner l’émergence d’une démarche sur votre territoire
- Passer de l’idée au plan d’actions en respectant les étapes-clés du diagnostic partagé et de l’élaboration de la stratégie
- Sécuriser votre démarche en installant une gouvernance et recherchant les moyens utiles et nécessaires à son animation et à la mise en œuvre des actions$
- Raisonner le suivi-évaluation, la capitalisation et la communication interne et externe
