Syllabus
The course will use case studies, reflective exercises, and problem analysis to address the following themes:
- exploring what cultural diversity is
- investigating why cultural diversity matters in teams
- harnessing the potential benefits of multicultural teams
- leading diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
Prerequisite
This course is for employees that lead or work in a culturally diverse organization. This includes leaders of global organizations or outsourced and offshore teams.
Instructors
Lee Martin
Dr. Lee Martin is a senior lecturer in management who conducts research on topics related to cultural diversity in organizations.
Harsh Suri
Assoc. Professor Harsh Suri, Ph.D., has been an academic and a higher education researcher for over 20 years and has received many research and teaching awards and grants nationally and internationally
