1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a text file that may be store on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit an online service using a browser. A cookie allows its issuer to collect or record information on your device during their lifetime. For example, cookies allow for your device to be recognized each time you use it to access an online service containing cookies from the same issuer. Edflex SAS ("we" or "us") places cookies on your device when you access a business portal solution (which involves all the sub-domains of edflex.com) or the www.my-mooc.com website (hereafter the "Websites"), as explained below.

5. Data collected through the use of cookies

Most of the data collected by the cookies we place and store on your device is anonymized, so we often do not collect personal data. However, when personal data is collected through cookies (IP address, cookie code, etc.), we comply with the applicable privacy regulations relating to personal data processing.

6. Cookies lifetime / Data retention

Cookies stored on your device are deleted within a maximum of 13 months after they are placed. Cookies that allow us to retain your consent have a lifetime of 6 months, so we will ask for your consent every 6 months. We keep the Data collected through cookies for a maximum of 25 months.
