教学大纲

Week 1 - What kind of change are we talking about, understanding change, changemakers and their stories, and different forms of change.

Week 2 - Understanding the context of change, looking at what context is, and the change you would like to see.

Week 3 - Taking a power and systems approach, defining power, the tools for analysing power, and understanding systems.

Week 4 - The power of collective action, working in partnership with others, and what drives a changemaker.

Week 5 - Spheres of influence, understanding influence, and where the power lies.

Week 6 - Developing strong stories for change, influencing strategies, and developing messages.

Week 7 - Taking action to make change happen, strategy and tactics, developing your action plan, and the steps to implement your plan.

Week 8 - Tackling challenges and taking your next steps, reflecting on change, overcoming challenges, and staying inspired and focused.

This course is aimed at activists and change agents with a personal or professional interest in how change happens, and who want to be more effective at delivering change for good.

Naana Nkansah Agyekum
Naana is the Media and Communications Lead for Oxfam in Ghana with wealth of experience in journalism, media relations and influencing.

Richard English
Richard is an advocacy and influencing adviser and trainer for Oxfam and has worked on a range of national and global campaigns. He is part of the development team for this course.

Emily Gillingham
Emily is part of the Oxfam team that finds new and engaging ways to share knowledge and learning to support the movement of people against poverty.

Duncan Green
Duncan is Oxfam's Senior Strategic Adviser and a Professor in the Practice of International Development at the London School of Economics. He runs the daily From Poverty to Power blog on development.

Richard Hato-Kuevor
Richard is the Economic Justice Lead and Extractive Industries Advisor of the Pan Africa Programme at Oxfam International with a background in Geology and specialisation in Mineral Economics.

Wing Yin Lam
Wing is the manager for Africa and South South Cooperation at Oxfam Hong Kong, with policy research and influencing experience on human rights, trade and development finance, and urban poverty.

Bal Krishna Kattel
Bal is Advocacy and Influencing Coordinator for Oxfam country office in Nepal. He has worked on various advocacy and campaigns, and is with the academic background of sociology and law.

Fondée en Décembre 2012, la société est entièrement détenue par l'Open University à Milton Keynes, en Angleterre.

Elle est la 1ère plateforme offrant des MOOC au Royaume-Uni, avec à son actif plus d'une cinquantaine d'universités partenaires provenant du Royaume Uni mais aussi du reste du monde.

FutureLearn se différencie également par des partenariats avec des entités non-universitaires comme le British Museum, le British Council, la British Library et la national Film and Television School.
