The need for trust is a constant across cultures. Every culture needs trust to survive and thrive. In the multicultural workplace, are people behaving in ways that are trustworthy in their culture, but not in another? Are they being considered untrustworthy because those behaviors that they were taught and rewarded for in their home country are different from the dominant culture?
Jacqueline Oliveira explains to us how culture influences what we look for in the behaviors of others when we are deciding to trust, and what we can do to increase trust in the multicultural workplace.

Loved the content!
I consider the content of this video very motivational to improve my relationship with my colleagues. Sometimes we need to understant some behaviors which are based on the culture of others. We need to be flexible before judging them. I like the way it shows what is important for each culture.
Good points made on the value of Competence, Integrity and Caring as it impacts directly on Trust. Thank you.
