The need for trust is a constant across cultures. Every culture needs trust to survive and thrive. In the multicultural workplace, are people behaving in ways that are trustworthy in their culture, but not in another? Are they being considered untrustworthy because those behaviors that they were taught and rewarded for in their home country are different from the dominant culture?
