Prerequisite

The MOOC is aimed at:

  • Anyone who wants to understand how innovations are created by companies
  • Anyone who has an idea of innovation but does not know how to find the relevant target and how to make it marketable.
  • Anyone who aims to launch an entrepreneurial project. Throughout this MOOC, you will have the opportunity to test out your capacity for finding innovative ideas. When your business is up and running, you and your business will benefit from your ability to reproduce the methods you will learn during this course.
  • Engineers who understand the technological aspects of innovation and would like to improve their understanding of marketing and user aspects

Instructors

DR. ORSOLYA SADIK-ROZSNYAI

Professor of Marketing at ESSCA 

Dr. Orsolya Sadik-Rozsnyai creates and teaches modules on marketing innovation and creativity and guides students in the development of innovations.

Before joining ESSCA, she worked in the innovation field at PSA Peugeot Citroën, a major French automaker, for nearly 15 years. She has also supported a number of entrepreneurs through the startup process.

As well as holding degrees from two business schools, l’ESCE Paris and KVIF Budapest, she also earned a Master in Change Management and a Research Master in Management.

She completed her PhD in the innovation department at the CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers) in 2013, in Paris.

Her research is centered on consumer behavior with regard to innovations in a multinational environment.

L’ESSCA School of Management est une école supérieure de commerce et un établissement associatif créé en 1909 à Angers et membre de la Conférence des grandes écoles.
L’ESSCA délivre un diplôme visé par le Ministère Français de l'Éducation Nationale et dont les titulaires reçoivent le grade de master. Son cursus est accrédité AACSB et EPAS et est organisé selon la formule LMD (3 ans + 2 ans) : les trois premières années permettent d'acquérir une compétence généraliste en management, et sont suivies d’un programme de deux années de spécialisation, qui s'effectuent à l'école ou en alternance (pour certaines spécialisations). L'école recrute directement après le baccalauréat ou en 4e année pour les diplômés d'un bac +3 ou +4 qui souhaitent suivre un cursus master.
Le champ de formation de l'ESSCA recouvre les domaines de la finance, du marketing et du management pouvant être effectués en formation initiale ou en formation continue.
