In the multicultural workplace, are people behaving in ways that are trustworthy in their culture, but not in another? Are they being considered untrustworthy because those behaviors that they were taught and rewarded for in their home country are different from the dominant culture?

Amazing Talk! Each culture has similarities but it also has very notable differences. It is there where teamwork leads us to look for the best ways to relate and find a way that allows us to reach the goal, where learning to trust the skills and abilities of others is one of the most important.
