Kate Faragher's portfolio career includes work for the BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, followed by a career in acting. When she became a trainer in 1996, she realised how many things inter-correlated and discovered that collaboration isn’t team work, rather it is a group of individuals creating a network of excellence together.
