It is suggested that you complete this course in 6-7 weeks.
There are three Synchronous Video Meet-ups scheduled throughout the course to help support you during your engagement. These Meet-ups will be scheduled to align with three suggested start dates and timelines for completing the course. You do not have to align your own progress with one of these timelines, but we highly suggest it for maximum support from the staff and facilitation team.
The three timelines are:
- Track 1: May 12th – June 26th
- Track 2: June 2nd – July 17th
- Track 3: July 2nd – Aug 21st
Pré-requisito
Experience with high school level biology content is helpful for navigating this course as it is not designed to teach content, but rather pedagogical tools that can support the content.

EdX a été fondée par le Massachusetts Institute of Technology et par l'université Harvard en mai 2012. En 2014, environ 50 écoles, associations et organisations internationales offrent ou projettent d'offrir des cours sur EdX. En juillet 2014, elle avait plus de 2,5 millions d'utilisateurs suivant plus de 200 cours en ligne.
Les deux universités américaines qui financent la plateforme ont investi 60 millions USD dans son développement. La plateforme France Université Numérique utilise la technologie openedX, supportée par Google.
