It´s important to be mindful of the fact that people rarely wake up wishing to stomp other people, even if they seem selfish or arrogant in their actions. The human mind is a complex labyrinth, and because of that some scenarios listed in this article could easily have other causes or even be a side-effect of a highly focused and enthusiastic individual. You may feel as you already grasp the whole scenario, but always give the benefit of the doubt and probe carefully. Communicate and understand.
