How do you plan and setup web projects, branding projects, video projects, or motion design projects? What method do you use for project management? How do you estimate how long it will take to complete a project? In this video, Ben and Matthew go in depth into the project management system we use at Blind and The Futur. We use a process called "chunking". Where we break down a big project into small, bite-sized tasks. Projects break down into phases. Phases break down into tasks. Tasks are completed in a weekly sprint. And milestones are checked off and locked until delivery. We've used this method for branding projects, web design projects, motion design projects, and video projects. Anything that is client facing, and involves a pre-determined set of deliverables.
