The CPU brings together the leaders of 75 french universities and its three universities of technology, 3 INP 4 ENS, several major institutions and universities all communities and institutions. Comprising 129 members, it represents the largest share of higher education forces, French public research and innovation. The CPU is force proposal and negotiation with the authorities.
