This is a glance at what true leadership is an even it's origins. It is quite useful to me as the leader I am to undertand the sole word and It's importance at a company level rather then a personal level and the results that can be reached.

When he mentioned "They would have done the same for me" That love, support and trust was powerful. Things change with an amazing leader. The message about the lady on the plane being scared of the leader. Feeling in danger. When we feel safe in an organization we can develop out talents, we can do our best since we are not affried of our leaders, but support. "Its better we all suffer a little than we all suffer a lot" When people feel safe at work they are willing to cooperate. Leadership is a choice. Great and amazing video.

Powerful message. I really liked the concept "Heart Counts" instead of "Head Counts". People matter and leadership is definitely not a rank!
