La richesse de faire travailler sur un même lieu différentes générations est énorme mais il faut que les dirigeants s'adaptent et ne pensent pas à la surproduction et à la vitesse d'exécution, eux même sont parfois dépassés par le monde numérique et ils leur faut des assistantes qui font de leur mieux pour pallier ce manque. Alors en accordant une mixité des générations les uns apprennent aux autres leurs connaissances et vis versa, tout le monde est gagnant.
