OMG all the struggle he went thru and he had an easy choice by looking on his e-mail and yes, being under estress block our minds and makes our brain release that toxic cortisol ( forgot how to write it ) and yes we need to prevent or minimize the possible damage , we just gotta be careful to not create anxiaty ... and yes we are going to fail.

A very good material! Emotion is the result of biochemical processes that take place inside our organism – and also in other species – and that allow us to analyze a situation as a threat to survival or as an opportunity. Thus, emotions happen independently of our rational and clear perception of things.
