A Chartered Engineer who crossed over to the ‘dark side’ of HR at the start of the millennium, his role as the Organisational Development Manager for 3M UK focused on strategy, change, leadership development and coaching – ultimately becoming a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
