After more than four decades of being a diplomat with countless negotiations (literally!), Javad Zarif shares his long-earned wisdom about four big mistakes we make in our communications, from small day-to-day talks to negotiation on big global issues. MohammadJavad Zarif as the Foreign Minister led the Iranian team in the international negotiations which resulted to JCPOA. He has also been involved in numberous negotations in the United Nations and other places on behalf of his country. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
