It was an interesting course, a moment to think about myself andmy own emotions. Thank you for this opportunity to learn about positive psychology ... and improve my English !

Apart from the theoretical background, the course includes quite a lot of practical aspects, that are useful to focus better on positive emotions. I really value this and for that reason can only recommend the course very, very highly.
