In this course, you will examine how data-driven decision making has implications for customer relationship management, privacy, security, and global government regulation that are shaping and are shaped by the democratization of information. This course examines big data analytics and business strategy, using visualization tools to improve decision making. More than an applied business statistics course, it is modernized to frame challenges in Industry 4.0 terms.
