  • Les biais cognitifs à éviter;
  • Les principes de conception d'interfaces utilisateur;
  • La conception visuelle;
  • Les prototypes papier basse fidélité, le wireframing, le prototypage moyenne et haute fidélité;
  • Les outils de prototypage UX (Invision, Balsamiq, Axure rp ou Adobe XD);
  • Comment le prototypage UX se synchronise avec les tests utilisateur.
