Syllabus

  1. Les personnalités - Comprendre et concilier les différences individuelles liées à la personnalité dans le but de faciliter le travail en équipe.
  2. Apprentissage et développement des compétences. Maîtriser les mécanismes de la perception, de l’intelligence et de l’apprentissage dans le but de recueillir et transformer les informations de l’environnement en compétences productives et en décisions éclairées.
  3. Santé et sens au travail. Découvrir la puissance de l’affectivité, la motivation, les émotions et le stress. Favoriser le sens au travail et la santé au travail.
  4. Leadership. Collaborer et exercer du leadership. Améliorer la collaboration au travail et développer ses habiletés de direction
  5. Équipes de travail. Maitriser les principaux leviers d’efficacité des équipes de travail afin d’être en mesure de mieux y intervenir, que ce soit en tant que dirigeant, cadre ou membre.

HEC Montréal (École des Hautes Études commerciales de Montréal), is the independent affiliated business school of the Université de Montréal, and the second oldest management School in Canada.
