Les étudiants appliquent la théorie des circuits, Ils apprennent à manipuler les modèles petits et grands signaux du transistor bipolaire afin de réaliser les fonctions d’amplifications et filtrage. Les explications sont illustrées par des exercices avec des démonstrations de circuits simulés à l’aide d’un simulateur de type Spice qui peuvent être reproduite par les élèves.

Syllabus

A la fin de ce cours l'étudiant doit être capable de:

  1. Comprendre la structure du transistor bipolaire.
  2. D’utiliser les configurations petits-signaux du transistor.
  3. De concevoir des circuits de polarisation des et sources de courant.
  4. De concevoir des amplificateurs élémentaires à transistors.
  5. D’analyser la réponse en fréquence des amplificateurs.
  6. De comprendre la mise-en-cascade des structures analogiques pour réaliser un amplificateur opérationnel ou un amplificateur de puissance.
