• A definir problemas/oportunidades, y a convertirlas en un proyecto de mejora
• A descubrir cómo construir un equipo que se haga cargo de la gestión de los procesos de estos proyectos
• A conocer y practicar diferentes técnicas para la resolución de problemas en grupo
