  4. ¿Qué es lo que los clientes valoran? (4 h)
  5. La creatividad, innovación empresarial y la primera aproximación de concepto de negocio. (4 h)
  6. Aprendiendo a escuchar el mercado. (2 h)
  7. La experimentación y la observación de mercado como parte fundamental del proceso emprendedor. (4 h)
  8. La flexibilidad y el fracaso como herramientas fundamentales en el aprendizaje emprendedor. (2 h)
