The Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale (CNFPT) is a French public administrative body involved in the management of the local civil service.

It is a national institution in that its remit covers the whole of France, with the exception of Paris and certain overseas collectivities, but contrary to the principle of attachment, it is not attached to any particular collectivity.

The CNFPT is responsible for general administration, consultancy, recruitment and training.
