very good article, i like the way the author explained why many people struggle to say no, If we can’t say ‘no’ then our ‘yes’ has no meaning. If you say yes to everything, people will begin to wonder, ‘Who is this person?’” well-said because if you always act like that people will begin think that you are not sincere
