Great Article! Helpful to those person who are having problem handling difficult conversations. Just like me I'm having a uncomfortable conversation I have my inner voice but unable to tell to the person or a group what I want to tell. Tip 5 Be comfortable with silence is helpful to also because I experience a lot of silence to a conversation that it will turn into a Dead End Conversation. I Highly recommend this to my colleagues and friends.
