Just like me I'm having a uncomfortable conversation I have my inner voice but unable to tell to the person or a group what I want to tell. Tip 5 Be comfortable with silence is helpful to also because I experience a lot of silence to a conversation that it will turn into a Dead End Conversation. highly likely its like a good thing that we have this kind of course because we can voice out our emotion and feeling sometimes the tendency is to keep quiet and remain silent but there will be times that you need to voice it out so other know how you feel and you have a better idea that you can share with with the team
