I liked the part in the article which said that listening with full attention to what others are telling us, helps them feel understood and valued and this creates trust. Having active listening helps to understand the whole message because even the tone of voice, expressions, and body language influence the message.

It was really interesting specially when it explain that to be a good listener help us to create trust. It think it is really important to have good relationships in general, also i like the sections that says that when we are listening we have the time to interprete what the another person is saying. It is a good way to get to know the people as well through what they say and how they act
